Due to the nature of our products and services, Raney Tree Care adheres to a strict no-refund policy under the following circumstances:

1.1 Mulch and Firewood

  • No Refunds After Pickup or Delivery: Once mulch or firewood has left our facility, whether picked up by the customer or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

1.2 Tree Debris Drop-off

  • No Refunds After Drop-off: Once tree debris has been dropped off at our facility, no refunds will be issued.

1.3 Landscape Supplies

  • No Refund After Pickup or Delivery: Once any landscape supplies have left our facility, whether picked up by the customer or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional situations may occur. In such cases, please contact our customer service team at 309-792-8733 within 24 hours of your purchase or service for consideration. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of Raney Tree Care management and may include:

  • Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong product compared to what was ordered.
